1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unfun ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is a decentralized token launchpad that operates on the Solana blockchain. All tokens created through Unfun are deployed to pump.fun infrastructure.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Unfun, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Platform is not available to users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or token creation is prohibited by law.

3. Platform Services

Unfun provides the following services:

• Token Creation: Users can create tokens with unique names and tickers
• Launch Modes: Auto Burn, AntiBundle, and Random Airdrop options
• Token Listing: Display of tokens created through the Platform
• Market Data: Price, volume, and holder information

4. Fees

The Platform charges the following fees:

• Base Fee: 0.02 SOL per token creation
• AntiBundle Mode: Additional 3.5 SOL for bundle bot protection

All fees are non-refundable. Fees are sent to the Platform treasury wallet and are used for platform development and maintenance.

5. Unique Ticker Policy

Each token name and ticker can only be used once on Unfun. This policy exists to prevent PvP (player vs player) scams where malicious actors create duplicate tokens to confuse traders. Once a name or ticker is registered, it cannot be reused.

By using the Platform, you agree:

• Not to create tokens for fraudulent purposes
• Not to impersonate other projects or individuals
• Not to use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• To conduct your own research before trading any tokens
• To understand the risks involved in cryptocurrency trading

8. Risks and Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. You may lose all of your investment.

• Tokens created on Unfun are highly speculative and volatile
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• The Platform does not endorse any specific token
• Smart contract risks exist on all blockchain platforms
• We are not responsible for losses due to user error, hacking, or market conditions

9. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Platform is provided for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their token names, symbols, and associated content. However, by creating a token on Unfun, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your token information on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfun and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
